The Sylvan Adams National Velodrome, which is Israel’s first, opened its gates in May 2019. It is located in the north of Tel Aviv, in the National Sport Center, adjacent to the Yarkon Park, Tel Aviv’s “central park” featuring many km of cycle paths.
